Items must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned exactly as received.
Products that have been worn, washed, or modified in any manner will not qualify for return.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team within this period.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Initiate a Request
Send your return request by email, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to Evergrovesolutions2@gmail.com.
Step 2: Share Supporting Photos
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide clear images showing the issue to help speed up the review process.
Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions
After your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for completing the return.
We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to comply with our stated guidelines.
Refund Process & Timeline
